Happy Birthday, Mizuki Nana!

Today, January 21, is my one and only singer idol Mizuki Nana-sama's twenty-eighth birthday!

YAYYY *breaks confetti*

Eh, nothing special other than that.
I will probably go tag a comment in her blog, in English or something. She will then have to use babelfish translation if she wishes to understand it. That will be my present to her. Hehehe.

Oh and yes, I still haven't forgotten about uploading photos from the DTE BBQ.

I am just too lazy to get off my butt and transfer those pics from my handphone to my laptop, then to my thumbdrive , after that to my pc and finally to this blog on interweb.

^Darn annoying procedure. Plus I don't have my thumbdrive anymore.

I really need to get an external harddrive. Better back up certain stuff before I drop into army boot camp. Yep, definitely should get one soon.

BBQ @ DTE #2

Refer to this for DTE #1 =P

Who would've have thought that half a year later I would be back at Downtown East for a BBQ?
Old pal Andrew had arranged a barbecue gathering on last Friday, and since there was no reason for me to refuse his invitation, I showed up.
Not for bbq, but more with LAN gaming in mind.

^playing with fire

DTE had only one available lan shop though, and the rate for 1hr gaming was $5 - a fricking' rip-off. Thus all of us decided to boycott the store and satisfy ourselves with simply barbecue, and later to the nearby amusement arcade.

^shooting practice

We probably spent around an hour at the arcade, playing random games. Well, more like me just being the spectator. I suck at these stuff, so I am better off watching peeps play instead.

^racing duo

Jun Wen and I had already planned to return home by catching the 2300 hr shuttle bus outside DTE. There was one problem though; no bus comes after 2200 hr. The two of us ended up waiting at the bus stop like dummies, only to realize the crap situation we were in when a nice (& cute) girl came up to us and told us that. Woot.

Disheartened, we ended up going back to the bbq pit and regrouped. After some really lame group discussion including debating over whether to sleep over, JW decided to resort to the last alternative - hail a cab. I actually already ringed up home and told my residence that I will be out for the whole night.
Long story short, I shared a cab with JW and reached my home door after midnight.

And the best stunt I pulled off that day? Managing to slip into my room without even my parents noticing. So worth it, just to see their surprised expression when they see me the very next morning. =D
